Position
As Senior Project Manager, you will be in charge of keeping everything running smoothly. From coordinating different reporting cycles (from science to finance) to managing both internal and external projects. Your main goal is to make sure everything gets done on time. You will also be the one reaching out to partners and stakeholders and exploring new commercial partnerships. Communication is key here, whether it is engaging partners, visiting sites, or spreading the word externally. Additionally, you will be diving into grant applications (on scientific, governmental, and European level) and keeping an eye out for exciting business opportunities in the fast-paced international environment.
As Senior Project Manager you can make an immediate impact on their small team. The right candidate has excellent communication skills and demonstrable experience in stakeholder management.
Profile
- Master’s degree in Life Sciences or a related field
- at least 3 years of proven experience in project management within the Life Sciences industry
- knowledge of regenerative medicine is desirable
- strong organizational skills
- proactive, flexible and hands-on
- excellent communication skills in English and Dutch, both written and spoken
Organisation
RegMed XB was founded in 2017 as a virtual institute of Dutch and Belgian public (governments and universities) and private (health foundations and companies) partners that are working together to develop regenerative medicine solutions to cure chronic diseases. RegMed XB believes that when researchers, patient organizations and entrepreneurs work side by side, they stand the best chance to bring the most impact to patients and society at large. There are currently four “Moonshots” to cure patients with end-stage kidney failure, type 1 diabetes, osteoarthritis, and cardiovascular disease. Beyond its scientific objectives, RegMed XB is also active in public-private partnerships to integrate research and valorisation to shorten the time-to-patient and translate research results into new businesses. RegMed XB is looking for a Senior Project Manager to support their partners. This position is best suited for someone who likes a fast-paced start-up environment and solving new challenges.
