Position
As Supply Chain Coordinator, you are responsible for coordinating and optimizing the end-to-end supply chain activities for the Dutch market. From demand planning and inventory management to logistics and distribution, you ensure that products are available at the right time while maintaining the highest service levels. Working closely with Commercial, Quality, Customer Service, Manufacturing and external logistics partners, you align demand and supply and contribute to a reliable and efficient supply chain.
You play a key role in the Sales & Operations Planning process by translating market developments into accurate forecasts and coordinating production and replenishment activities. In addition, you monitor inventory levels, follow up on production schedules and collaborate with Contract Manufacturing Organizations and logistics service providers to ensure continuity of supply. You are also responsible for maintaining critical master data within SAP and supporting reporting activities. Through your analytical mindset, structured way of working and strong stakeholder management skills, you continuously identify opportunities to improve processes and performance. You report directly to the Supply Chain Head France & Benelux.
Profile
- bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Operations, Business or a related discipline
- experience with demand planning, inventory management and Sales & Operations Planning
- experience working with ERP systems, preferably SAP
- knowledge of GDP guidelines and pharmaceutical distribution is considered an advantage
- excellent communication skills in English, Dutch is a plus
- strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- excellent communication skills and the ability to work with multiple internal and external stakeholders
- proactive, accurate and able to perform in a dynamic international environment.
