Position
As a Quality Intelligence Project Manager within a global healthcare company’s Commercial QA Global Strategy team, you will play a pivotal role in supporting global quality and compliance activities across the company’s Nutrition Supply Chain. The position focuses on managing and optimizing processes related to monitoring, assessing, and implementing regulatory and standards-based changes throughout the organisation. You will lead multiple medium-to-large scale projects that directly support Quality Assurance’s strategic and compliance goals, while independently interfacing with affiliates, manufacturing plants, R&D, Regulatory Affairs, and Supply Chain partners. The role requires strong leadership, governance, communication, and problem-solving capabilities to ensure timely adherence to global quality requirements and updates across the full supply chain and all commercial affiliates.
Profile
- bachelor’s degree in a relevant discipline or equivalent work experience
- 5–7 years of experience in a regulated nutritional or food-manufacturing environment
- strong understanding of food GxP and nutritional regulations
- knowledge of nutritional manufacturing controls and quality systems
- 3–5 years of experience in leading projects
- excellent communication, stakeholder management and negotiation skills
- ability to plan, organise and facilitate cross-functional meetings
- experience working with international teams and locations

They are involved in developing, producing, and selling nutritional and pharmaceutical products that are registered both as food and as medicinal products. At the expanding production facility, products are manufactured under stringent quality requirements, both in liquid and powdered form. The site is experiencing significant growth in both capacity and product range, making it one of the most important sites in Europe, with quality as a top priority. The QA department is undergoing substantial development to elevate its work to an even higher level of quality. We are therefore looking for a Quality Intelligence Project Manager who will contribute to the department’s quality advancement.
