Position

As a Pharma Portfolio Manager, you will support international pharmaceutical companies in successfully launching and maintaining their products on the Benelux market. You will play a central role in translating our services into concrete solutions, with the aim of improving the commercial performance of the portfolio.

You will be actively involved in realizing commercial opportunities. You identify opportunities in the market and translate them into concrete actions. In doing so, you engage with customers and relevant market stakeholders, such as pharmacists, hospitals, wholesalers and authorities. You build a strong customer network and know how to turn commercial opportunities into tangible results.

An important part of the role is ensuring product availability. You will work closely with external stakeholders and internal teams to resolve supply challenges and explore ways to ensure products remain available in the market.

In this role, you combine commercial insight with an analytical mindset and in-depth knowledge of the market. You first assess a situation thoroughly, examine the facts, and then discuss potential solutions with the parties involved.

You will have plenty of room for entrepreneurship and personal initiative. You are results-oriented and know how to build strong relationships with customers and other stakeholders along the way.

Profile

• a completed Bachelor’s or Master’s degree, for example in Pharmacy, Pharmaceutical Sciences, Biomedical Sciences, Life Sciences or Business Administration;
• relevant commercial work experience within a pharmaceutical company is an advantage;
• energetic, commercially driven and focused on achieving results;
• entrepreneurial, analytical and strong in building and maintaining relationships;
• excellent communication skills, customer-focused and capable of maintaining relationships with a wide range of stakeholders.
