Derks & Derks has now been a trusted partner in recruitment within Life Sciences and Healthcare for about 25 years. With a team of 70 professionals, we are leaders in our field. We provide recruitment services of the highest quality with guaranteed results. We are experts in finding new, permanent and temporary top executives, managers and specialists, thanks to our extensive network of highly qualified professionals. André van de Sande

Advisory Board

André van de Sande is a member of the Advisory Board of Derks & Derks and advises the Management Team at a strategic level in order to continue to grow and develop and strengthen our unique position as a sector specialist within Life Sciences and Healthcare.
André was CEO of Xendo, among others, and he has more than 25 years of experience as a Senior Executive in Life Sciences, including as General Manager of Schering Plough (now MSD) and Organon Netherlands.
