Role
As Supply Chain Planner, you are responsible for supporting the continuity of supply across an international pharmaceutical product portfolio. You translate demand forecasts into purchasing and supply planning activities and ensure that products, materials, and services are available at the right time and in the right quantities. In this position, you monitor inventory levels, identify potential supply risks, and contribute to maintaining an efficient and reliable supply chain.
You collaborate closely with internal stakeholders, suppliers and Contract Manufacturing Organizations to coordinate purchasing activities, monitor production schedules and follow up on delivery commitments. In addition, you support Sales & Operations Planning processes and contribute to the maintenance and optimization of planning data within ERP systems. Thanks to your analytical mindset, structured approach, and strong communication skills, you are able to balance multiple priorities in a dynamic environment. You report directly to the Supply Chain Manager and play a key role in supporting the continued growth of the organization.
Profile
- completed bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Operations, Business, Engineering, Pharmacy, Life Sciences or a related discipline
- 1-3 years of experience in supply planning, purchasing, logistics or operations
- experience within a pharmaceutical, healthcare, FMCG or manufacturing environment is preferred
- experience with ERP systems and strong Excel skills
- knowledge of Power BI is considered an advantage
- strong analytical and organizational skills
- proactive, accurate and able to manage multiple priorities simultaneously
- excellent communication skills and a collaborative mindset
