Position
As Quality Assurance Director you will be leading and developing your QA department towards the new direction of the organisation. Therefore, you will ensure that quality is fully and efficiently integrated as per company’s GxP Quality Systems, which you will implement, maintain and improve. You will focus on commercial operations, manufacturing, tech transfer and product development activities, expanded into the whole lifecycle of the company’s health care products. In this role, you will ensure compliance not only with company values, but also with pharmaceutical industry standards, applicable regulations and internal policies, procedures and company standards. You oversee and approve the qualification of all suppliers in line with relevant legislation and internal procedures. You will ensure Quality Technical Agreements are in place and host customer and authorities’ audits and inspections. As the Quality Assurance Director, you will lead the QA department, support other departments for all quality related matters and liaise with (potential) external partners.
Profile
- Masters degree in pharmacy or similar
- At least 10 years of experience in the Pharmaceutical industry
- Good experience in Pharmaceutical Quality and R&D
- Experience in project- and team management
- Expertise in GxP and thorough understanding of Health Authorities requirements
- Can be registered as (deputy) QP and/or RP in the Netherlands
- Good communication skills in the English language, both oral and written; Dutch is desired
- Hands-on, proactive and collaborative
