Position
As a Project Manager Development, you will lead one or more development projects for candidate pharmaceutical drug products. You will coordinate multidisciplinary teams with the ultimate goal of obtaining Marketing Authorisation approvals in the main markets of the company (Europe and North America). Your responsibility is to make sure that everything is in accordance with ethical standards, applicable EU/US regulations, good manufacturing (GMP), clinical (GCP) laboratory (GLP), practices and health & safety rules. Your main tasks are selecting, contracting, and managing CROs and other partners, coordinating and managing projects and developing and maintaining professional relations with partners and KOL’s. Furthermore, you monitor and control key performance indicators and prevent risks and potential problems. As a Project Manager Development, you will report to the Management Team and will collaborate with other teams in the company.
In short, a manager position with various major responsibilities to develop pharmaceutical drug projects.
Profile
- master’s degree in Life Sciences, e.g. Biomedical Sciences, Medical Biology, Pharmacy or Chemistry
- at least 10 years of experience in managing international and interdisciplinary development projects and scientific teams
- experience with sterile and/or ophthalmology products is required
- excellent communication skills in the English language, both oral and written, Dutch being optional
- enthusiastic, confident and flexible personality
- proactive, hands-on and a good team player
- broad experience in working with MS Office and Project Management Tools.
