Our relation is internationally active in the healthcare industry. They are always looking for new innovative medical device products by investing in research and development. With these investments they hope to stay on top of the market. They design the product through the eyes of the end user combined with an appealing design.  The organisation currently undergoes an exciting marketing transformation and is looking for a Global Marketing Commodity Manager, reporting directly to the Head of Procurement Marketing and Sales.


As a Global Marketing Commodity Manager, you will join a dynamic and diverse team of commodity managers (6), leading the marketing commodities globally in cooperation with the market procurement structure. In this role, you have the opportunity to lead negotiations with other parties, such as marketing related suppliers (incl. standard KPI’s). Also, you organize PR agency contract amendment, reflecting latest negotiation output and arrange ad hoc contracts in alignment with Legal. You implement standard KPI’s into all BNL existing and new contracts. Another responsibility is the Internal Satisfaction Survey. You will execute mid-year internal satisfaction assessment re. global media agency. You work out related analysis and steer related communication with internal and external parties, involved throughout the process Ways of working optimization. Next to this you prepare scope of work to enable successful migration of media agency standard buying efficiency tracking to a smooth and automated on-line process. You prepare process improvement proposals to optimize media agency bonus calculation and related payment (aligned with business finances). Furthermore you are responsible to the Global Project Manager with tender content gathering, content uploading in e-sourcing platform, supplier responses monitoring etc.

You will execute RFP/tender offer analysis and prepare calibration sheets for scoring sessions with stakeholders. You will also support with ad hoc industry benchmark searches and prepare draft presentations for ad hoc meetings. To make the role complete, you following up with the Market Procurement team to ensure local negotiations and DfX are successfully closed. Also, you follow up with the Market Procurement team to ensure optimum speed in savings maturity and you confirm /update savings in PMT application on the basis of GCM guidelines. In the role you report to the head of procurement marketing and sales.

  • Bachelor’s degree preferred
  • experience in a similar position
  • strong background in Procurement
  • experience in contract negotiations
  • strong implementations skills
  • good command of English, written and oral
  • the ability to work and live in Poland
