Our relation is international active in the healthcare industry. They produce and sell there products to the international market. They are always looking for new innovative medical device products by investing in research and development. With this investments they hope to stay on top of the market. They design the product trough the eyes of the end user combined with an appealing design. The organization is always looking for improvement of there processes. Therefore they like to get in touch with a Global HR system Support Officer.


As the Global HR Systems Support Officer you deliver support in administrative HR tasks and HR Data processing related to the Mergers & Acquisitions phased integration of Newly Acquired Companies into HR Systems, like Workday. It will be your responsibility to deliver support in the preparation and execution of the phased Newly Acquired Company data into Workday. You will also support in maintenance of phased Newly Acquired Company data and deliver the reports in Workday. Also you will support and maintain M&A dashboards in Workday. Furthermore you will perform regular checks on changes in systems, monitor and identify points and necessary corrections. You will deliver support in validation activities, training administrative tasks and filing HR related documentation. You will also deliver support in the implementation and realisation according to the HR M&A project plan. You will address potential process improvement solutions where applicable. Next to this you will support proactively in improvement activities in the area of Workday and/or other HR Systems and related ways of working and business processes. You will partner with the M&A HR Project Manager, M&A HR Systems Lead and the global HR Information Systems Team.

  • bachelor level combined with 1-2 years of experience
  • good understanding of Workday, Workday Reporting and executing Workday data loads
  • basic understanding of and affinity with HR systems / processes
  • effectively prioritize and execute tasks in pressurized environment and work proactively to ensure project milestones are met
  • analytical skills

  • fluency in English
