Position
As Director QA GLP you will be a member of the global QA team. You will ensure quality oversight of all GLP activities through continued development and improvement of the GLP Quality Management Systems. Next to this you will lead the QA GLP team on a day-to-day basis by ensuring clear prioritizations and adequate resources to deliver the sufficient level of quality according to expected deliverables. This small team with two direct reports works under your supervision to conduct applicable QA activities in accordance with regulatory requirements and authority expectations. As Director QA GLP you will develop and set the strategic direction for the GLP QA team and obtain endorsement from the VP Head of Global QA. Also, you will become part of a relatively new Global QA Team and have an active contribution to the team meetings, to align activities across the different QA teams. In this role you will have to travel internationally for 20% of your time.

Profile
- at least a completed master’s degree in Science or a related area
- minimum of 8 years of experience in Biotech or a related industry
- extended experience within QA GLP at a research laboratory
- experience with facility testing and audits
- experience with managing small teams and working in a cross functional organization
