Working for Internal communications means diversity and working in all layers in the organisation. You will create content, make a newsletter or join a project team which involves having internal communication present. You will be responsible for creating the employee engagement section of their overall integrated communications plan. But you will also manage the EU and HQ Europe sections of the intranet plus promote its take-up by employees. This includes building communities, managing news flow etc. You will be the internal reporter seeking and creating (writing plus uploading) stories for the internal platform, the intranet, or the newsletter. Also, you will be the contact for announcements (local and EU) and establish strong working relationships with global and local communicators by identifying great practice and ensuring to learn from each other. Last but not least, you will support in event organizing which could be locally (e.g. to support I&D) and virtually for the region (e.g. EU town hall). You will be joining a small but creative team and have a partnership with your senior manager.
- over 7+ years of experience in internal communication
- working in a complex and matrix company culture
- strong technical abilities in social and internal platforms
- working with all layers of the organisation
- content designing in a creative and positive way
- strong verbal and written in English
- additional language skills are always welcome
