Applied Research

Derks & Derks works on the intersection of daily practice and academic research. This gives us great opportunities to engage in organisational psychological research.

In our research projects we collaborate with well known institutes, such as Amsterdam University and the Utrecht University. This enables us to stay on top of all new developments in HR, which we can use in our daily practice. Examples of research questions that we have  worked on are:

• What causes the high turnover in our sales team?
• What is the best career possibility for young pharmacists?
• What is the best way to select new personnel?
• What is the average salary of a Qualified Person?

The conclusions of our research can be found on our website, however regrettably, this is only available in Dutch. We actively participate in such research to show our involvement with the markets we work in, satisfy our own curiosity, and to try and contribute to relevant professional issues.
