Executing

The implementation of the coaching procedure depends on the specific question(s) being asked by the coachee. This question(s) is specified during the intake. Next, we present a tailor made plan.

During the coaching procedure we often use tools from our assessment ‘toolkit’ which help us to objectively define the strengths and developmental areas of each candidate. The results of these measurements will be detailed in the candidate feedback . Once these tools have been implemented, the meetings and ‘homework’ start to deal with the coaching question.

The candidate will be asked to complete homework and various exercises in order to work on the coaching question. Some of these exercises may include trying different styles of behaviour in their current employment, looking for relevant training/education, searching for ideal jobs, and contacting people in the workplace concerning specific issues.

We envisage the coaching question(s) to be answered within approximately three months, following roughly four meetings. The results are; a better understanding of the question(s) and new insights that have been tried in ‘the real world’.

We offer support in clarifying the ‘real’ question and offer self help tools to find the answer. The new insight will be implemented in the candidate’s current employment..

Financing

It is common practice for the employer or organisation to pay for coaching and job counselling.

Privacy

One of hallmarks of our service is client privacy. We believe it is extremely important to make a clear agreement regarding the way we report on the progress of a coaching procedure. The privacy of the candidate is therefore our paramount concern.
