We adopt a ‘hands on’ personalised coaching style, with a large amount of individual attention, excellent contact, and a smooth turnaround.

We enjoy working with people that are focussed and motivated to improve their developmental issues. During the free intake,  the candidate decides whether our choice of consultant meets his/her needs, while our consultant assesses the suitability of the candidate, with particular reference to their aptitude for success and a good final result.

We will propose a course of action in which would usually include elements of an assessment centre. We require candidates to make every effort to complete all that is asked of them. Important aspects of the coaching procedure will include ‘homework’ and short feedback reports, which must be completed in order to guarantee a successful intervention. Together with the candidate, we shape a fast, efficient, tailor made procedure.
