We use assessment centres:
- At the closure of recruitment and selection contracts
- As the basis for development areas
- As a measurement of potential
- At coaching contracts
Our assessments are always targeted to mapping the talents and possible subjects for improvement, to ensure that the human talent is utilized fully and the candidate can strive towards maximal growth.
We work according to the guidelines of the Dutch Institute of Psychologists. This means that discretion and transparency are of utmost importance and that we are aware of the limits of our expertise.
