Reporting

 

After the assessment we give detailed feedback and a final conclusion to each candidate. In our report, all of the key skills/competences/characteristics measured during the day, which would make up our final report, will be included and commented upon.

When the assessment was aimed at a suitability question, a suitability advice will be given.

Candidates always have the right to see the report in advance. Only with their permission will the report will be sent to the sponsor.
The reports have a ‘sustainability’ of one year. After two years we destroy the files.
