Derks & Derks B.V. was founded in 2001 by Jan Derks. As an experienced recruitment and selection professional, organisational psychologist, boardmember of the Dutch organisation of Psychologists, Business Unit Manager and Product manager, Jan decided it was time to start a company.

Over the years Derks & Derks has grown to the organisation we are today. We are a great team of enthusiastic professionals, with nine consultants, one recruiter and three office managers, we advise several well known companies in a diverse area of HR issues.

Our consultants are psychologists with experience in their specialist topics, and the broad areas they are active in. Our customer oriented service is combined with a strong emphasis on ethics and quality. Throughout all phases of the recruitment procedure, you will have one of our consultants, who will be your primary contact. Team work, commitment, quality, and making informed choices together with you, characterise our values, along of course, with a strong belief in the service we provide.
